Everyday Truths, Not Just Sunday Talk
What we’ve been talking about isn’t just for Sunday mornings or something to tuck away in the back of your mind.
These are the real deal—the nuts and bolts of living as a Christian every day.
This is what your faith, your family, and your future can stand on—solid and sure.
Tested by Life, Proven by Storms
Life isn’t shy about throwing challenges your way. Storms will come. Windows will shake. And the enemy will whisper, “Are you sure God said that?”
But here’s the truth: if you take God at His Word—not just skim it, but let it sink deep in your heart, speak it out loud once in a while, and actually live it—you’ll build a foundation no storm can wash away.
Real Wisdom Is Built on the Rock
Remember Jesus’ story about two guys building houses? One picked the rocks, the other picked the sand.
Guess which house stood strong when the weather turned ugly? The one on the rock.
Jesus said that rock is hearing His words and doing them.
Not just hoping for the best or gritting your teeth but saying, “Lord, I trust You and I’m going to live this out today.”
Don’t Just File It and Forget It
Don’t treat these truths like last year’s coupon stuffed in a drawer somewhere. Keep them handy.
Closer than grandma’s chili recipe. Let them shape how you pray, how you stand your ground, and how you make it to the finish line.
A Simple Prayer for the Journey
My prayer for you is simple: that these truths become second nature—like tying your shoes or pouring a good cup of coffee.
That your faith grows bigger than your fears and, when it’s all said and done, you can say with confidence, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7).
Stand Unshaken When the Storms Come
So build your life on God’s Word. Walk by faith every day.
When storms roll in, you’ll stand unmoved, steadier and stronger than you ever thought possible.
